PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for US orders only. Money orders, certified and cashiers checks are also accepted with merchandise being shipped upon verification of funds. See below for information about international ordering.
SALES TAX
A 7% sales tax is applicable only for Florida residents.
SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped within one business day of the order date. We offer free shipping in the US by UPS Ground. UPS 2nd Day Air in the US is $25.00. UPS Next Day Air is $45 in the US. Please see International Orders for International shipping prices.
For your convenience we ship to the billing address listed with your credit card company or an additional address you specify.
RETURN POLICY
BagPointUSA prides itself in offering 100% new, authentic merchandise of the highest quality. We hope that your purchase exceeds your expectations. If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, and would prefer an exchange or store credit, please complete your request for a return within three (3) days from the shipping carrier's original delivery confirmation. The return shipping date must fall within this three (3) day time period. Return merchandise sent for delivery after this date will be automatically returned to recipient, and shipping costs will be your responsibility. In order to expedite processing, please include your name, address, e-mail address, and invoice number.
All returns and exchanges must arrive undamaged and in the same condition as shipped by our company and include all original tags, cards, cases, boxes, and dust bag. Please package the return item with care and in a secure manner, using an approved shipping box or container and the appropriate packaging materials to protect the item. New and unused means that the item must not be tampered with in any way. The item must not have distinctive odors, such as cigarette or cigar smoke. It should not smell of perfumes or fragrances used to mask odors. Items of natural leather must not show any indications of marks, or scratches. We will not accept returns and exchanges that bear any of these signs.
A store credit for the returned merchandise (less original shipping and handling costs) will be issued via e-mail within five (5) days of the receipt of the item(s). For returns and exchanges there is a $15.00 restocking fee plus the shipping fees. We do not cover the cost of shipping and handling for returns or exchanges, only the cost of the return merchandise less the restocking fee. We are able to accept exchanges only as a one-time courtesy. Payment for the return shipment is your choice.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure your return, and use a shipping company who provides tracking and proof of delivery.
Please Note:
Claims for damaged or missing merchandise are valid upon the carrier's time of delivery. We are not liable for claims in which the buyer has failed to inspect the order upon the time of delivery. The courier will not validate any unwarranted claims after your order has been delivered. Damaged or missing items must be rejected and sent back for replacement at the time of delivery. We will refund your credit account if the item is no longer available or you may request a return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept paypal and moneygram as payment methods for international orders. We are not able to accept credit card payment for international orders. Shipping costs are quoted on a per order basis. We use Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS to ship internationally, depending on the item being shipped and the country it is being shipped to. All duties and taxes in the buyer's country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to manipulate or change customs forms.
ORDER CANCELLATION
BagPointUSA strives to process orders immediately upon receipt. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping, a $15.00 cancellation fee will be imposed.
